Payment
Payment is to be made by Cash, Debit / Credit Card or Bank Transfer via PayPal account. Booking online will include a deposit to ensure your booking.
Invoices for receipts are sent to you through email.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours notice is required to allow other clients the opportunity of booking the slot.
You have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the allotted time or 50% of the treatment cost will be charged and must be paid before your next appointment.

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you via this Website. At your first appointment, you will be required to complete a consultation form detailing personal, contact and sensitive data. In addition, we will need to collect and process data relating to your health. Your explicit consent is required for this. If you do not wish to give your explicit consent, we will not be able to deliver the required services.

If you would like a copy of your personal data a fee will not be charged unless your request is considered to be repetitive, unfounded or excessive. Your data will be reviewed at every appointment to ensure that it remains current.
